twitter downtime currently?

Anyone else having connectivity issues with twitter? 2 days now in a row where the api is unaccessible, site rarely pulls up, cant send things, etc. I cant be the only person this is happening to, it's gotta be a huge group of people or something. anyone else wanna step up and let me know if you've been having the same troubles? api not working, web page not working, etc?
