Twitter empeaches user's to contact them to report problems
F U C K Twitter, it drives me nuts as it is so frustrating:
-impossible to post a ticket or a question in the support zone to contact twitter (seems read only)
-impossible to log or post in the forum, it says it does not recognize the user !
-Twitter asks me my email's password !!! that is outrageous and a severe privacy violation ! Why in god's name need Twitter to know my email's password ???

Inappropriate?Hi there.
You can create a new support ticket at this link:
http://twitter.zendesk.com/requests/new
Before you create a support ticket, however, I suggest you check the list of known issues to see if the problem you're experiencing is already listed. If it is, then you don't need to create a ticket.
Known issues page: http://twitter.zendesk.com/forums/319...
If you're experiencing a problem as to how to use Twitter, one of the troubleshooting help articles might help:

If you have a terms of service violation question, one of the TOS articles might help:

The login to post in the help portal is the same as your Twitter login. If you can try logging into the main Twitter site first, there's a good chance you won't even need to login to post a comment in the help portal
Finally, the email password is an optional step when you sign up for a Twitter account. Twitter checks your contact list to see if any of the people in your address book are already registered Twitter users. If they are, the address book import step helps you find your friends.
Personally, I have a habit of temporarily changing my email account's password before letting any third party access it for contact list import jobs. After the import is done (it usually takes less than a minute), I change my email password back to my real password.
