Twitter Feed/API down since security flaw?

I have SweetCron set up on my website, it uses the Twitter feed for updates. I've noticed since the recent "Don't Click" security flaw was fixed my website hasn't received my updates. When I try to click on the Twitter feed on the Twitter website it asks me to login.

Is this a known issue?
