Twitter is being abused by the users
Here was my last post: "Twitter designers didn't allow for manipulating into a promotional tool--following a 1000plus? How many ideas are destroyed by system abuse." I'm in favor of limiting followers to a reasonable number.

Inappropriate?Personally, I follow a tad more than 500 and would find following more to be somewhat overwhelming, but given how I know that over time and usage, people can acquire more followers through a natural evolution, I really don't see this as an abuse.
