US Cellular customers cannot verify phones or post tweets via sms (Nov 2008)

If I update via text, my tweets do not show up, and have not been for a few DAYS.
I have tried txting "ON" and get no response
I have tried texting "HELP" and get no response from twitter either.
I've also tried some "GET" commands, etc, and it seems like twitter just isnt hearing my tweets.

However, I AM GETTING all tweets from friends. Everything comes INTO my phone fine, but nothing from me is getting back to twitter.

This seems to have started the same day twitter fixed the @ problem with USCell users. (Which was awesome btw!)

Please help! I'm cut off!

6. Happening since at LEAST 11/7/08, but probably earlier, cant recall specifically.
