Twitter not very functional via Web page; blocking fails via all platforms tried
Various problems this morning with Twitter. Some followers saying they have similar issues: Can't DM, tweet, or follow using Twitter Web page (Opera or Flock -- latest versions); can't block suspected spammers on any platform. Following works intermittently for me using Web page, but not for others apparently.

Inappropriate?I've just rebooted Windows and tried the Maxthon browser, which I believe is based on Internet Explorer, some less-than-current version most likely. Anyway, all these problems persist there as well. Everything's just as screwed up as it was this morning when I first posted about this problem.

Inappropriate?I've just tried various browsers on Mac OSX 10. Safari & Opera work fine with Twitter, but Firefox/Mac OSX is just like all the browsers I've tried on Windows. For what it's worth, my Windows is XP.
