Twitter should show if someone is following you on their main page
You should be able to see on someone's homepage if they're following you, right next to where it says you're following them. It's so frustrating to have to sift through EVERYONE someone follows to see if you're in there! This is really important for companies who use Twitter to raise interest as well!

Inappropriate?Hello. If someone is following you, you'll see a "message username" link on the sidebar of their profile page (where "username" is the username of that user).
It should be right next to the Block link, under a section called "Actions" -
Inappropriate?ooh! helpful, thank you. but it would be even nicer if it was more obvi and labeled "So and so is following you"1
