Twitter SMS updates not receiving on Mobile Phone (Malaysia)

Recently I and my followers from Malaysia are also unable to received twitter updates on our mobile phone. IM works fine but no SMS (text messages) updates from Malaysia. This problem is not related to a specific telco, but from multiple telcos in Malaysia.
