Twitter support automatically closed ticket without response and now won't let me reopen or submit a new ticket
I have submitted a ticket to twitter regarding an issue some time ago.
There has been no response, however I have now received an automated email saying:
and:
As the email didn't resolve my issues and my problem is not on the 'Known Issues' list, I replied to the email as directed.
I have now got another reply back, saying:
Frustrated, I logged into Twitter Support to try and reopen the ticket - but as the ticket is 'closed' I cannot do that.
Therefore my last resort was to try and submit a new ticket referring back to the original issue... But the option to submit a ticket disappears when I log in!
Extremely frustrating, and I can't find any way to resolve this problem now.
By the way, I have also emailed the Terms email address several weeks ago to get assistance with this issue with NO reply.
What am I to do?

Inappropriate?Twitter support has been non-existent with my problems.
I have submitted several tickets, each closed with no response.
I have emailed several times to different addresses, each with no response.
The problems still exist and Twitter are extremely ignorant.
I understand they only have a few support staff and that it's a free service - but to do this repeatedly, for genuine support requests is just the worst customer service.
One day they will need to make money and I would have been first in the queue to offer some cash for a decent service - however I have lost confidence in Twitter's support following these issues.
If someone from Twitter is reading, please could you take a look at the ticket reference number: 437162 and respond.

Inappropriate?They actually responded after contacting them a lot, and agreed to unsuspend. That was about 10 days ago. And then nothing... Still suspended.

Inappropriate?I'm in the same boat. Someone hacked our company account, changed our email address and posted to our account. I've been reaching out to Twitter for almost a month now and they continue to close my tickets and send me automated responses - Request 454855. SO frustrating!
