Twitter support requests are automatically closed. How do you reach support?
We have been trying to reach Twitter support about our company name being used on Twitter. An inactive account is/was using our name and we would like the account. We've tried emailing all the suggested Terms of Service / Trademark email contacts at twitter, but they either bounce, are never acknowledged, or get a "no longer reading this email" auto-reply.
We've submitted two support requests, but the first was automatically closed without ever being read or "assigned to a support operator" with this message from twitter:
It's been awhile since you've submitted or updated your original request. Twitter Support is closing older tickets in order to get an accurate idea of current problems. Due to a ticket backlog, Twitter Support may've been unable to respond to your request in a timely manner. Our apologies! Many things have changed since you last wrote in; if you were having trouble with something, please try again as your issue may've been fixed.
Our second support desk request is coming on 30 days unread, and will probably be closed without an answer as well.

I have this problem, too!
Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate? It appears twitter doesn't actually have any support. Just an auto responder that automatically closes requests.
