Twitter support? Where are you? Account hacked!

username - devonbrown
email - success at devonbrown dot com
I contacted support@twitter.com because I didn't receive the password reset email through Twitter. I'm unable to login with my password, I'm not receiving any emails about DMs or new followers, but when I sent the email to Twitter.. I received a general password information email back but there was no ticket number associated with it. I replied to that email with my login issues, but haven't heard back from them. How long does it usually take?
I'm assuming our account was hacked because I'm not receiving Twitter update emails and the password no longer works.
Help! I was getting so good at Twitter before this happened! I need my account back :(
