Twitter Suspended My Account Again and Never Reply to Support Tickets

Well this is my story when twitter first launched I opened an account and everyone was following lots of people so I decided I would to there was no problem then, so I wrote to support and said I am not spamming or anything I had made great friends, isnt the whole point of twitter to follow new people and make friends?

They replied the only reply I have ever had and said sorry open a new account, which I just did not have time to do. So I recently did and got a good friendship with people again whom I really miss communicating with now.

So why have I been banned again? I am very unhappy and would like a reply I am a genuine twitter updater I login to my account constantly
