My account timeline streams fine, but I can't seem to update from the web OR from my phone. What is going on?

Inappropriate?My problem is same as Emma's: I can read others tweets in my timeline but I can't update (send tweets). This seemed to have started before the DDoS event.

Inappropriate?I'm newer but I sent tweets all the time from my phone, now nothing shows up... this is very frustrating. Seems I can do it from the web. Not sure if anyone is receiving them though. HELP! Been last couple of days for me too.

Inappropriate?I can update from the web but not from my phone. My last mobile update that went through is from the 6th.
It's happening to my friend too but she doesn't have access to the internet at all so she can't exactly report it.
