Inappropriate?Cincinnati Bell is my service provider, and from what I can tell, they block 40404. Is there a regular number we can use instead? -

Inappropriate?Yes its verified. I have twitter responding fine when text 'help'. But when I try updating my twitter account, nothing shows up. Even tried texting to 'get biz' & 'whois krissy', both worked but just when i 'reply' with an sms. Nothing shows up on my twitter page.

This is apparently a common problem for new users of Twitter's 21212 Canada number.
See crystal's detailed solution in the topic I'm using 21212 and I can send, but not receive, messages from Twitter!.
Twitter will need you to give them some extra information with which they can then complete the setup procedure manually at their end.
