Un-wanted follower stuck on Iphone

I have removed a follower from my account. She does not show up on line, but her picture (unfortunately she is literally showing her "butt") still shows as a follower on my iphone. I have tried to "block" her on the iphone (using twitterific premium) and it says "the requested data is no longer available" . . . well it sure still has a picture of this young-lady's backside on my phone. Any suggestions on how to get rid of her/it??
