Unable to delete direct messages. I get an error: "This method requires a POST"
I'm unable to delete any direct message -- whether it's one that I've sent or received. Instead, I get directed to a new page which gives me an error message: "This method requires a POST."

Inappropriate?Fwiw, I suspect Twitter is already aware of the problem because of these two recent tweets:
_evan: @robey "This method requires a POST." No, it does not. about 6 hours ago from web
bs:@_evan Doh. That's a bug with a deploy that just went out. Fixing. about 6 hours ago from TweetDeck
I’m optimistic

Inappropriate?I've noticed a similar problem with the "nudge" action. I suppose it has the same root cause.
Are new code changes automatically tested for regression bugs before they're available for deployment?
I’m suprised

Inappropriate?I'm not sure this is directly connected, but it seems they had to make some urgent changes to fix a security vulnerability that was brought to their attention.

Inappropriate?I have this problem as well.
There hasn't been any response from Twitter yet on the issue?
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hopefully this will be corrected soon before the in/out boxes for DMs get out of control with an insane amount of messages since there is no 'delete all' feature. Having to delete one by one....oi!

Inappropriate?Looks like a fix has been deployed because I can now delete direct messages. 8-)
