Unable to tweet for 15 hours, but haven't gone over my limits!

I have been unable to post anything on my twitter feed for over 15 hours, all requests time out. Logging in with another account allows me to post on that account, but when I log back into mine, I hit "update," see the little icon that it's trying to send, and nothing actually happens.
