Unable to upload avatar, receiving repeated 400 Bad Request errors
For the past two days I've been unable to upload a profile pic, receiving a "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand" error each time I try. I have tried Safari, Firefox 3.5, and IE7, as well as .png, .gif, and .jpg format. I've also contacted Twitter support, they sent me a link to a 9-month old closed known issue, which is no longer accepting comments.

Inappropriate?I (@renaud) think Twitter forgot to pay their Amazon S3 bill. I can not upload an avatar or background using Safari or Mozilla on the Mac or IE7 on WinXP using JPG, PNG or GIF at sizes ranging from 30kb to 150 kb.

Inappropriate?Just got mine to upload! It gave me an error saying it was too large, but it worked. Silly Twitter. I hope Twitter can make some money soon, so they can actually support this beast.
