Unfollowing spammers

I have several spammers that, no matter how many times I unfollow them and block them, they show up as someone I'm following (and appear in my timeline) minutes later. It's enough to have me shut my account down forever.

Examples of such spammers include @MarinePlaza, @ltaloi, @WorldTradeLaw, @B2BAlerts...
