Updates sporadically appearing on Blogger

I'm noticing that some updates are not appearing on my blogger. I did another update to test and it appeared, skipping the post before it. Sometimes they show on my Twitter homepage, sometimes they don't. I'm confused. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!!
