URL change lost retweet counts-how do I get the back?

I've spent a couple months building up retweets for several blog articles. An addition to my site has required that blog/ be inserted before the url of those articles, but now, because the url is different, the retweet counts are 0. How can I change what the retweets expect as the url to add blog/ to them?
