Webdigger58 Diggs For "How To" Info

I would like to put twitter on my website, but I just plain don't know how, can anyone help me?
I'd also like to know how to use twitter. I've made one comment, yesterday when I signed up, but now I'm sort of lost. Do you have a little Twitter Book of instructions?
