Inappropriate? It's temporarily unavailable while the Twitter support site is being moved today.
See http://getsatisfaction.com/twitter/to... for details

Inappropriate?I just spent a half hour trying to remember how to use the "track" feature. I knew it was in the old-fashioned FAQ but I wasn't able to find it. I love this getsatisfaction site for support requests and it works extremely well for that but there really needs to be a list of commands that you can send and descriptions of the @ features, etc somewhere that can be easily accessed.

Inappropriate?I'm also hoping they get the FAQ fixed soon.
In the meantime, these links might help address the two items you raised:
- List of keywords for Twitter
- Archived version of the old Twitter Support Site (version as of June 2007) on the Internet Archive
I’m in a good mood

Inappropriate?oh no! another site that uses satisfaction for their help section. *sigh* signing up with another site to get help with a different site that you've already signed up with? when will all the signing up end!
thanks for the link to the archive.
