what to do when a few people ask the same question & get NO replies, comments or ideas from satisfaction group in 3 months?
if you have 8 people that have the same problem and NO ONE has answered or responded to that problem in 3 months.. who do you think has the problem? YOU or us?
How frustrated do you think "we" are because anyone else who would have posted about the problem probably saw that there were this many people with the same issue and not a single reply.. would throw their hands up in the air and just say
hay hay hay (not hay.. think spanish. at least it's polite)

I’m reallly feeling that you don't care about the 8 people asking the same question for 3 months. there's something wrong here.
