Inappropriate?"Friends" are people you follow. "Followers" are people who follow you.
I know Twitter used to use the term friends, but I think now they display "following". (friends is still used in the url though). "Friends" is a misnomer because many people I follow are not my friends. In fact, most probably don't even know who I am.
