Why am I getting posts from people I don't follow?
One person who I don't follow keeps showing up in the lists of posts that appear on my twitter.com/home page. Everyone else in that list of posts is someone whom I have opted to "follow."
I don't want to "block" him, since that seems rude, but I have no idea why he's showing up in my feed.

I had this happen to me once (not brianshaler). I can't remember what I did, but I think I tried to (explicitly) follow the person and then immediately unfollow him/her, I think that fixed it... but yeah, it is a bit weird.
