Why can't I delete my mobile device from my Twitter account?
I can't delete my mobile phone from my Twitter account. When I click the "Delete and start over?" button on http://twitter.com/devices, I get a fail-whale screen on the URL http://twitter.com/devices/destroy/12... indicating Twitter is over capacity (see screenshot)

My carrier recently changed from Verizon Wireless to AT&T Wireless and I didn't try deleting the device until after that change. No idea if it contributes.
