Why Cant I Follow or Unfollow Anybody? (Am I On The Block List, And If I Am, How Do I Change That?) twitter.com/redstarvip

This is what I DID:
I tried to go through my daily routine yesterday. My daily routine consists of finding interesting people that not only provide good content in their twitter streams, but also that follow me back. When I tried to follow someone (yesterday and today) nothing happened, the loading sign appears on the top right, but when it disappears i am not following the person im trying to follow. I tried to contact twitter support yesterday but I still have not gotten a reply. I understand that we're in the holiday season, but twitter has become my most important social network (over myspace, facebook, etc.). That may not mean much to you, but my network on myspace is large (40,000+). The reason i'm mentioning that is because I value my followers and the people im following more on twitter, than the ones on myspace. I thought that if i waited a day, maybe you guys would fix the problem of me not being able to follow (or remove people im following), etc. but the problem still continues. Please help me, and I encourage you to continue doing what you're doing. Thanks

This is what I EXPECTED to happen:
I expected twitter support to respond "shortly", like the message said. I expected to be able to follow people today. and i excepted to be able to continue enjoying my time on twitter.

This is what ACTUALLY happened:
I have not gotten a response from anyone. I've made public requests to @ev and @biz. I understand that they're the founders, etc. but i wasn't getting a reply from twitter support and I didnt have a twitter support email to right to, or a twitter headquarters phone number. so i was left with no option. please help me be able to continue tweeting my life to 14,000+ people simultaneously.
