Why can't I remove @aplusk from my Twitter follow list?

Hey there, I notice that when I try to "unfollow" Ashton Kutcher I get a "Whoops!" error msg...why is that? Not having this problem with anyone else, just his account, @aplusk. Is this a bug or some kind of error purposely set up by the account holder? Seems fishy--and is irritating!
