Why does my twitter keep on promoting a site without letting me know?

Hello. My twitter keeps on auto tweeting. It promotes a site called twitterspeed. Yes, I agreed to twitterspeed's terms and conditions but it didn't say something about auto tweeting. Please help me. . thanks.
