Why won't my tweets post?

I have 2 twitter accounts. One works fine, the other will not let me post any tweets.

When I try to post on my second account, it just goes into a state of constant upload, and never actually posts the tweet. This has been an issue for 2 days now. I use this 2nd account as a news feed for expats, so it's kind of important to me. :(

Edit: After searching around, I found another person with the same problem - it seems to be tweets that include a link of any sort that are having problems posting. That would explain why I didn't have problems with my other account - my 2nd account always uses links.
