YOUR SERVICE PERSON TAD IS A 1ST CLASS JERK!

I am attempting to reach a representative of Twitter through the very ineffective "press" tab, for a Radio Interview. I sent a message RE: speaking with a live person and got the below crappy, rude response from "Tad". -- Michelle Corr 602-525-5585

Nearly a month old, but as a person supposedly in Media I would hope that someone that works with you would be in touch with technology and social media enough to understand Twitter, otherwise I would not want to view your media since you would obviously be so out of touch that it wouldn't be worthwhile.
