API extensions and doc updates
I'd like to see the following updates to the TwitterCounter API:
I'd be happy to help with this (particularly the doc updates) if you want.
- Update the doc so that it lists all of the returned data - right now it does not include the rank value
- Update the doc to include all the possible error codes
- Add a manual update parameter to force refresh of the user's data
- Return some kind of "service unavailable" response if TwitterCounter is down
