Associating Two OpenIDs in One Account?

I'm running into a rather annoying issue that may not be due to Twitterfeed, although it is impacted. When I check which OpenID is associated with my Twitter account (@baldman), it shows me http://silverspider.com but no matter what I do, when I sign in with that address, Twitterfeed displays me as logged in with http://www.silverspider.com - the only difference being the www subdomain. Both of them resolve correctly in ClaimID (my OpenID provider), but my feeds do not show up when I log in. Could you associate the two addresses so that I can see my feed no matter which is used, or associate my feeds with the www version so I can get in to modify them?
