Can't Get At My Feed. OpenID Is Causing Me Grief.
There's definitely a disconnect happening here somewhere:
Part One: If I login to Twitterfeed with my OpenID, I do not see my feed listed in my account. This actually doesn't surprise me, because I am positive I did not use OpenID when I created my Twitterfeed account a few months ago.
Part Two: When I go to the "reminder" page of Twitterfeed and type in my Twitter username and password, I am told "We couldn't find a matching twitter username and password in our database."
I know that I have a valid Twitterfeed feed, because whenever I update my blog, a new tweet appears on my Twitter, with "from Twitterfeed" in the timestamp.
Can someone please help me to solve this issue?
Thanks.

Inappropriate?twitterfeed did use OpenID from day one, so there was never a way to sign in without OpenID. The reminder page however currently only works for feeds where you provided the twitter username/password, not if you authenticated using twitter OAuth.
If you let me know the twitter account it's posting to, I'll take a closer look. -
I'm having this same problem. Twitter ID is dvrlife. Please help. -
You used a Google OpenID to login when you set up the feed to dvrlife. -
Ah, you used the email address instead of the twitter username when you set up the feed (both ways work), which is why the reminder page doesn't work. The OpenID you used is a blogspot URL, in case this helps, if you need more detail you could try the reminder page again with the email address instead of the twitter username, and if that doesn't work contact me directly (mario at menti dot net). -
Inappropriate?Great. This worked. I logged in with my Blogger OpenID instead of the Google one, and I could see my feed.
I'm switching to WordPress.com, so needed to delete the feed so I can setup a new one once I've got the blog set up properly.
Thanks so much.

Inappropriate?I'm having the same problem. I signed up with my twitter username/pass a few months ago, so I tried the OpenID reminder page, but I just get an error message. Any help on this? My twitter name is kaylai. Thanks!!
-
You used a myvidoop OpenID, so should be able to login by clicking on "Sign In with OpenID", then select the "OpenID" badge/image, and enter [username].myvidoop.com in the textbox - where [username] is your actual myvidoop username. -
Inappropriate?it seems we have two twitterfeed accounts posting to the same twitter account. i need to kill one of them... preferably the openid one. i have no idea what i used for openid so i can't get rid of it.
it's either one of the two usernames:
ampglobal
ampprod
thaks -
I can't see anything posting to "ampprod", but yes, there are 2 feeds (the same)set up posting to "ampglobal". One is under a myvidoop.com OpenID account, the other is under a new email/password account. If you can login with both of these, you should then be able to delete one of the feeds. -
Inappropriate?I have this same problem and I've been trying to cancel my feed, my twitterfeed account, etc. for the past few months to no avail. Please end this awful misery!!!!!!!!
-
Could you let me know the twitter account you're posting to, and I'll try and take a look. -
Inappropriate?I have a similar problem.
I signed up before Username/password logins, with my OpenID URL from flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/username/)
But now i can't get to my feeds when I log in with that same URL using tha OpenID login scren.
(I don't have username/password, just the OpenID URL)
The twitter account is @el_servas
Hope you can help me get to my feed. -
At some point in the past Yahoo! occasionally returned only partial OpenID URLs to us, which causes an issue because when you login now, the URLs don't quite match. I've fixed this now, so when you login again, you should now see your feeds.
Let me know if you continue to have problems. -
Inappropriate?I have the same issue. My Twitter ID is bittenword. I have confirmed via the DM option that I'm using the correct log-in, but when I get into the system I can't see my Feed. Any suggestions would be most welcome!
I’m frustrated
-
As far as I can see, you should be able to see the feed when logging in via "Sign In with OpenID", clicking the "OpenID" image/button, then entering "supermarketnews.myvidoop.com".
Is that not the case? -
No, I have no idea what supermarketnews.myvidoop.com is. My log-in is associated with Gmail (per the reminder I got through the DM process). Though the DM confirmed it was Gmail, when I log in to TwitterFeed, it says I have "zero" feeds.
Thoughts? -
Sorry - my bad - I copy/pasted the wrong info, it is indeed a Google OpenID. However, you'll need to sign in using Google OpenID, and not just via a "normal" email/password.
What happens when you login via "Sign In with OpenID" -> "Google"? -
I just signed in with Google Open ID rather than a normal login and I still have "0" feeds. -
Very strange, that feeds is definitely under a Google OpenID. If you already have a different, non-OpenID account, I could move the feed to that account manually, if it's easier - contact me at mario at betaworks dot com with details. -
Inappropriate?i have the same issue. twitter ID is 'tobedetermined'. i know i used yahoo's OpenID but when I login there are no feeds. i have one setup to my twitter account though.
I’m lost

Inappropriate?Mario, I need your help with my Yahoo OpenID...
My twitter is @FunTimesGuide and I've been using Twitterfeed since before email usernames were allowed.
But I can't get into Twitterfeed. I keep getting "bad response from OpenID server".
Thanks in advance! :-D -
Inappropriate?I'm having trouble with my Flickr OpenID login. My twitterusername is @mattgeorge I'm at a loss because I'm sure I used my Flickr account. It's a big deal because it's posting things I do not want posted anymore, but I can not log in. I hope you can help me out.
-
I now also get this response from Yahoo while trying to login with OpenID using my Flickr username:
Sorry! Something is not quite right with the request we received from the website you are trying to use. Please try again in a few minutes. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator for the website you are trying to use. If you are the site administrator, click here to contact us. -
Inappropriate?I'm getting "Bad response from OpenID server " too. I'm signing in using Yahoo normally, but today I tried Flickr and Google also. I have various Twitter accounts with you, but one is @SantaFeFrank. Help! Twitter has put one of my accounts on suspension, I think because I'm twitterfeeding too much to it.

Inappropriate?THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Mine's working now. Much appreciated :-D
