Inappropriate? Can you let me know what the twitter account associated with your account is? Also, what is the e-mail address you're attempting to log-in with?
-
Inappropriate? Its for the twitter account OCMDSurfReport And Email Not Working Is FlyinHawaiian@Live.com
I’m undecided
-
Inappropriate? Also may fall under the category:
(Login is no longer possible, OpenID No Longer Working, Login Problems. EEK!!)
I tried to log into Twitterfeed today, but it says my email isn't found.
My email is: mail@idea-sandbox.com
My Twitter ID is: IdeaSandbox
I’m frustrated.

There's actually an account under "paul@idea-sandbox.com", but this is linked to a Google OpenID. If you want to login via this email, you can use the "forgot password" link to make twitterfeed generate and email you a temporary password. After that, you should be able to login using both email/pwd or OpenID.
But - do you have any existing feeds in the system? I can't see anything in the database posting to an @ideasandbox account - if you think it's still in there, could you let us know the feed URL you are posting, as this may help us find the feed. -
Marlo, thank you for your help. (Sorry about my multiple posts).
The paul@idea-sandbox.com account is new and was opened accidentally while I was trying to figure out what address I used to create the original account. Thought maybe it was an OpenID thing... But it connected a new one vs. found the old one. (That account can be deleted).
Sorry to be dense... but what I'm doing is seeing a link in my Twitter posts that states:
"...from twitterfeed." and it links to http://twitterfeed.com/
My Twitter address is: http://twitter.com/IdeaSandbox
The feed I'm using is: feed://www.idea-sandbox.com/feed/
or it may come thru Feedburner...
http://feeds.feedburner.com/IdeaSandbox
I honestly don't remember signing up for Twitterfeed. At first I thought it was a plugin via WordPress that was publishing, or a ping service via Wordpress.
However, when I go to the Twitterfeed site, I have a password stored to access the site. (Saved with my mail@idea-sandbox.com login).
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks for this, I can see it now - that feed has been set up under an AOL OpenID, so you should be able to see it when you "Sign In with OpenID", click "More providers" and then the "AOL" button/image. -
I'm trying via AOL now, and it is asking for "strong authentication" and now I need to order "VIP Credential device" to link Twitterfeed and authorize it to access my AOL ID. Crazy stuff.
Aye yai yai!
Could you please just cancel my account with Twitterfeed and I can start over? -
OK - could you send a "@twfeed" message on twitter from the @ideasandbox account - this provides us with confirmation that you own the account before we remove the feed. Hope that's ok. -
Inappropriate?OceanCity, it looks like you used a different e-mail address than the one you mentioned. Can I go ahead and post it here or would you like me to send it to you?
-
If you would like to send me the login info that would be great Scott -
Inappropriate?I'm going to re-ask my question / report my problem in a new topic. I guess that is how to get resolution?
-
See answer above. -
Inappropriate?I'm having this issue too. I honestly can't remember what email address I used to signup. I tried to reset the password using email addresses I might have used to sign up, but no accounts were found. Trying to log in with my OpenID created a new account (NOT what I wanted btw).
My Twitter account is at http://twitter.com/zpao. I know twitterfeed is still working because it posted on my behalf today.
I’m frustrated
-
The OpenID we have in the db for this feed is "http://zpao.com/" - so you should be able to sign in via "Sign In with OpenID" -> click the "OpenID" image/button and enter "http://zpao.com/".
If this doesn't work (e.g. if the identity url has changed), let me know and we should be able to move the account. -
Ah, thanks. That's working. I thought I'd tried that, but I guess not. Thanks for the quick reply.
