Deleted corresponding OpenID - can't login

Okay, I'm an idiot. I deleted my wordpress.com account when I started to self-host, but I forgot that I was using it as my OpenID login with TwitterFeed. How can I login? Wordpress won't reactivate accounts.

I can change this manually for you - let me know the new OpenID URL you're going to use, plus your twitter password (only so I can ascertain that you are who you say you are in terms of twitter), and I'll change it for you manually in the database.
