Feeds not updating to Twitter
Feeds are not posting to Twitter, despite having been updated (according to Twitterfeed) and have new content.

This solves the problem

The problem is that the link on every item is the same - twitterfeed checks against previously posted links, in an attempt to avoid re-posting old items.
Because the link is always the same, what you could do is uncheck the "Post Link" checkbox (in "Advanced Settings"), and perhaps add a shortened static link as the "suffix" setting.
In other words - at the moment every link points to http://www.scotlawcom.gov.uk/ - so if you want to include this link in every post, go to bit.ly or another URL shortener and shorten this URL, then enter the short URL in the "suffix" textbox, and make sure you uncheck "Post Link". That way twitterfeed won't check the links for duplicates, but will still append the static link to every tweet it sends.
