Feeds to FaceBook replace punctuation, etc., with garbage code. No problems on Twitter.
FaceBook feeds are filled with garbage characters. Apostrophes, dashed, etc., all turn into a garbled mess. This is on my regular FaceBook account. No problems with the same posts on Twitter.
This makes me crazy! What is the problem! OK, getting emotional does not seem to make the likelihood of getting noticed increase, but I tried!

I have this problem, too!
Tell me when someone solves it.

Inappropriate?Yes, we're aware of this, we haven't yet found a way to post HTML entities or non-english characters via the Facebook Stream.publish API. We're not alone in this, lots of other developers seem to have the same issue, so not sure right now where the problem lies, but will continue to pursue this.

Inappropriate? Thanks for your reply. Why would apostrophes and dashes be considered "non-english characters"?

They are so-called "rich quotes" and rendered as HTML entities (i.e. the strange characters you see starting with ""), and one of the problems is that facebook doesn't display these as quotes, but displays the raw entity instead (in a web browser, these entities are rendered as quotes).
