Inappropriate?There's no automatic way. If it's just 1 or 2 feeds and you really don't want to use the old OpenID anymore, the easiest thing is to log in with our old OpenID, delete the feeds, then log in with the new OpenID and create them again. If you have lots, send me an email (mario at menti dot net) with your twitter username/password (so I can confirm it's you) and the old and new OpenID URLs.
