Integration with Su.pr -- StumbleUpon's URL shortener
I'd like to see Su.pr (pronounced "Super") added to the list of choices of URL shorteners. They're currently in private beta.

Inappropriate?Seconded. The ability to include the stumbleupon toolbar with my links only adds to the nettitude of a page, increasing traffic and all that. Plus, stats tracking is very visual and accessible with Su.pr!
I’m in complete agreement!

Inappropriate?I agree! I came to suggest the same thing, but it looks like someone beat me to the punch. They even have the API key and password to support integration.
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?This would be SOOOO good.

Inappropriate?I also vote for su.pr for url shrinking from tweethive . We can see that the tweethive developers went to a lot of trouble to make many shortening utilities available and thank you for supplying such a large choice, but today su.pr is king.
I’m that is it free

Inappropriate?Su.pr isn't just a URL shortener. It generates far more traffic and integrates what we post at StumbleUpon using their toolbar with the features of su.pr. Any chance you could make it a higher priority?
If we had su.pr in Twitterfeed we could review something once and feed it everywhere else. Without su.pr in TwitterFeed we really need to duplicate everything we do to get the benefits provided by TwitterFeed AND su.pr. -
Inappropriate?I keep coming back here hoping TwitterFeed will add su.pr. Have you seen the post in Tim Ferriss' Four Hour Work Week blog about it:
http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/...
The reason we need su.pr is that it multiplies the traffic what we share gets. If TwitterFeed supported it we could reach far more readers with the one action of writing a review at StumbleUpon.
Without support we really need to use both su.pr and the StumbleUpon toolbar which then causes duplicate content and double the time spent to accomplish the same task.

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate?Did you see that su.pr has added a way to send your feeds from StumbleUpon to Twitter and Facebook. I am told it worked for a couple of weeks; however, it has stopped working again.
Bill reported it to su.pr at http://getsatisfaction.com/stumbleupo... and you can support requesting a fix there. Note that this may be an issue on Twitter's end instead of su.pr.
TwitterFeed will lose market share if su.pr gets theirs working before TwitterFeed adds support for su.pr.
For those who want to know, use this feed format to send the first 140 characters of your review text to Twitter using TwitterFeed:
http://rss.stumbleupon.com/user/growm...
This creates better Tweets than using the normal feed.
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?Seriously, how hard is it to integrate with Su.pr?
I've deleted one of my feeds because I want to do all of my shortening/tracking through Su.pr and even though I have to do it manually, it's what I'm going to do.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? Our development priorities mean that we want to complete a number of other things before looking at supr and similar additional URL shorteners. We are in the process of completely rewriting our backend to make it more scalable, and supporting realtime feed notifications, plus an extensive change to the database. These are important, core-type developments to make sure twitterfeed can handle the continuing huge growth in users, and are taking a lot of resource, and since we are still only a very small team we need to set some priorities.
