intermittent lost tweets
A few people have reported that some individual posts weren't posted to twitter from their feed, even though everything appears to work ok. There does seem to be an issue with twitter at the moment, where it sometimes returns an "OK" status code rather than an error. For us this means that twitterfeed is being told that the post happened ok, even though it didn't, and it will therefore not try to re-post it (as it would if it had received an error back from twitter).

Hopefully twitter will fix this soon, in the meantime there's not a great deal I can do at my end.

Apologoes if you already know this or if I'm talking out the back of my head...
I thought I saw a message in the last few days that Twitter will only allow a maximum of 30 updates per hour, per account - or possibly per IP address(?). If this is the case, would this constrict Twitterfeed itself to 30 "hits" per hour, thus randomly excluding a host of others every hour?
Keep up the great work - but maybe not today since it's Memorial day - sheesh, I gotta get out myself!

the rate limit is on a per-account basis (you can check your own at http://twitter.com/account/rate_limit...), so unless you're sending loads of feeds to the same twitter account, or are very chatty manually, this shouldn't cause a problem for twitterfeed.
So basically, once you hit 30 updates in an hour on the same twitter account, whether they be from twitterfeed or manual posts, updates will be blocked until the next hour.
