Getting the following error message on TwitterFeed 'problem retrieving title: failure' . Have tried changing settings to post title only and post new items based on GUID but doesn't seem to help. Was working okay initially. @BushW12

Inappropriate?This is a message to say that in the dashboard, for some reason we couldn't retrieve the item title based on the shortened URL. This does *not* affect the actual posting to twitter, it's purely for use in the dashboard only (i.e. for information/cosmetic, rather than anything functional to do with posting).
If it continues (i.e. you see it all the time, for all your posted items), let me know the twitter account you're posting to and I'll try and take a look to see if there is a specific issue. -
Inappropriate?Thanks for the reply. This suggests it has something to do with a seperate issue we are having which relates to the use of an ampersand in the URL string. Twitterfeed and some other services seem to stop reading the URL at this point. Some other services seem to recognise the URL just fine.
We did some updates earlier to test further but these have yet to appear. May not be your problem again as they have also not updated on some readers and mail clients.

Actually, I see two feeds on my dashboard, one saying, "problem retrieving title: failure" and the other showing the title but it's outdated by a long time.
