problems with HelloTxt API

It looks like some parts of the HelloTxt API are broken at the moment - we are trying to get in touch with the HelloTxt guys to see what the issue is.

I just had word from HelloTxt to say that the API issues are resolved, so hopefully things should start working again now.

Issue fixed, we are upgrading some our servers. Now everything is back to normal.
