Do you mean stats? At the moment, we use 2 ways:
- if your feed is a feedburner feed and you enable the feedburner awareness API, we display the feedburner stats in the twitterfeed dashboard
- if your feed isn't a feedburner feed, we use bit.ly (which is how your links are shortened) to display the number of clicks on that link.

More (and more sophisticated) stats and analytics features are in the works..
