URL tagging with Campaign info for tracking in Google Analytics
URLs are now automatically shortened when posted to Twitter. It would be great if it were possible to do some URL tagging before shortening. This would allow for clickthroughs to our website being tracked in Google Analytics.
Ideal would be that for every RSS feed/destination it would be possible to enter the campaign info to automatically tag every URL coming from that RSS feed and being posted to twitter with. That would leave tweets with a shortened URL containing tracking/campaign information automatically.
This is really a functionality that I did not find anywhere and would be EXTREMELY useful in evaluating the outreach of tweets as they are used for increasing website outreach. There must be a way to automate this adding of campaign info to the links!

Inappropriate?Yes, we are thinking of adding this, together with other tools aimed at helping you better understand how your content distributed via twitterfeed gets consumed.
