Why is my RSS feed not validating in Twitterfeed?

I am getting this message We couldn't parse this feed, please check the URL is valid

Hi, I'm afraid this feed contains neither date/time stamps nor unique GUIDs on each item, which makes it impossible for twitterfeed to identify posts which are new vs. ones that have already be posted. All I can suggest is that you talk to the owners of the site so they provide a RSS or Atom which contains either date/time stamps or GUIDs for each item in the feed.
