yet another account is dead with feeds

this account has not fed feeds for over 10 hours. all are set at 30 minute fetch and both twitter and source are working just fine. pardon me, but this is the 4th account today, so in addition to fixing it, i would like to have an explanation as to why this happened, as twitterfeed is supposed to be "more stable and dependable now"
