My twitter account was suspended last week. The message said it is suspended for a minimum of 30 days whitle it is investegated. I
do not even know why it was suspended.

Inappropriate?Sorry to hear that. You've provided no details so it is impossible to give you any answer, however, I can say that many people get suspended for higher levels of robotic following (and unfollowing) or using their accounts in ways that violate Twitter TOS rules. Read the TOS and perhaps you'll find the challenge.

They did not give me a specific reason. But yes I was on Tweet Follower & Tweet Train. Will I get my Followers & Following back? -
Inappropriate?Libby... You can submit a ticket to customer support at Twitter. It's impossible to say if they will re-activate your account, but it is worth a try.
The lesson learned here is "robotic following" is at best a worthless effort and and at worse is very costly. I'd suggest in the meanwhile, you start a fresh account, build followers organically, and going forward... BACK UP your Twitter account using one of the backup tools found on MyTwitterToolbar.com (under tools).
