TweetDeck Problem

TWEETDECK PROBLEM - audio notification continued even after checking the setting - audio notification continues even after uninstalling tweetdeck (every 10 to 20 minutes for 4 weeks and counting, even when there are no new posts). tweetdeck will not answer my question - how to stop it, besides muting my computer (where is it coming from?).
